About Newspaper Templates
Newspaper-Templates.com is a curated directory of 37 professional newspaper and newsletter templates for Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Canva — designed to help anyone create a polished, print-ready publication without starting from a blank page.
Our story
We are a small team of designers who love editorial layout and the craft of print. Newspaper-Templates.com is a niche project from BrandPacks, an independent design studio that has been creating templates and brand assets for years. We built this site to bring all of our newspaper and newsletter designs together in one easy-to-browse place.
Designing a convincing newspaper is harder than it looks: mastheads, column grids, bylines, captions and balanced typography all take time to get right. Every template here hands you that structure on day one, so you can focus on your words and images instead of the layout mechanics.
What we offer
- Professionally designed templates — each layout is created and tested by experienced designers for clean, high-quality output in print and on screen.
- Multiple formats — templates are available for Adobe InDesign (INDD/IDML), Adobe Illustrator (AI/EPS) and the free, browser-based Canva editor.
- Easy customisation — everything is fully editable: swap the text, images, colours and logos to match your project.
- Diverse categories — from classic broadsheets and modern tabloids to church bulletins, school newsletters, sports round-ups, wedding keepsakes and vintage editions.
How it works
Browse the full collection or one of our best-of guides, open a template you like, and download it from one of our trusted marketplace partners. Then edit the placeholder content in your chosen software and export a print-ready PDF.
Quality assurance
Each design is checked to ensure it is genuinely usable, not just good-looking:
- Correct colour profiles for print (CMYK) and screen (RGB)
- High-resolution graphics and carefully set typography
- Organised layers and clearly named elements for fast editing
- Standard print specifications, including bleeds and safe margins
- Compatibility across recent software versions
Where to download
Our templates are distributed through established, secure marketplaces so you get reliable downloads and proper licensing:
- Adobe Stock — buy per template with seamless integration into Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Envato Elements — download unlimited templates with a subscription, ideal for agencies and frequent users.
